I am happy that we have selected Agrim Residency as our house for future. We saw a number of properties before finalizing Agrim Residency. Somehow we just got connected with the entire concept of Agrim Residency and the dream of its team of giving us a world class residential project in Guwahati. We liked the apartment design, landscape gardens, swimming pool, club area, children's play area and unique features such as Wi-fi. Not to forget the wide lobby. Also the entire process of handover and maintenance thereafter was very smooth.

To have a house in Guwahati had been our dream since a long time. It was around 2009 that we had first met the Agrim Team. With the first look at the brochure of Agrim Residency- we fell in love with our to-be apartment. Mr. Mukesh Chokhani has been honest, considerate and friendly since the very first meeting. Our first visit to the then construction site was bricks and cements and the Agrim team guided us in the choice of flat. The monetary transactions have been clean and transparent. Furthermore, apartment related government/official works have been processed with relative ease with the help of the Agrim staff, who are always helpful. Modifications requested in our flat were thoughtfully carried out by the builder. The quality of construction, fittings and Society amenities are a delight to possess and for others to appreciate. We are glad that our 'Dream Home' came true with 'Agrim Residency'.

I made up my mind to purchase this flat within 10 minutes of viewing it. It was in May 2013 that I saw it and immediately rang the builder and confirmed my intention to buy it. The real reason was that this was the choice of my daughter: we had given a small advance for Agrim Vista but when we saw Residency and that too in an area where my father had land for many years in the 60's, it felt like a kind of homecoming. So we cancelled Vista and confirmed Residency.
We liked the layout but most of all the location. It is within the city and yet has a quiet and serene atmosphere of rural Assam. The clean and flower-filled surroundings where one can walk and experience privacy of an independent house (my Flat is three-sides open, which for me was an added bonus), the sounds of birds and ducks nearby, the resounding of Naam daily plus the genuine friendliness and companionship of the other residents, makes our Flat a wonderful amalgam of a house and an apartment.
I enjoy living here and I know my daughter and I will never regret buying it.
